Frequently asked questions

How do I start a private one-on-one chat?

Use @ThXChatBot in a private Telegram chat. It does not provide Telegram group chats. Tap Start and complete your profile, then tap Start matching. When a partner is found, preview their shared profile and choose Start chat or Skip this match.

Is random matching free?

Yes. You can match with a random partner and exchange text and photos for free. To filter matches by gender, age, or country or region, you can buy an optional match pack. Match packs are sold separately from membership.

What can my chat partner see about me?

Your match preview can show your gender, age, and country or region. Members can hide these details from new random-chat partners. You can review your details in My profile.

What can I send in a chat?

You can send text and photos directly in Telegram. Members can also send voice messages. Your partner can reply from Telegram or the ThXChat web app.

How do I leave a chat or report someone?

Use Leave chat or Report on the keyboard below the message box. You can leave after 15 seconds. Leaving does not start another match; tap Start matching when you want to meet someone else.
