We primarily list public links and metadata. We do not host the messages, files, or media content published inside Telegram chats. Telegram content is controlled by Telegram and by the owners or administrators of those chats.
2. Relationship to Telegram's Terms
You must also comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and related Telegram policies when you use Telegram or submit Telegram media to our Service. If Telegram removes, restricts, or labels content, related listings on our Service may be removed, deactivated, or limited without notice.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use account-based features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
4. Directory Listings and User Content
You may submit public Telegram media for listing, subject to review and these Terms. You represent that you have the right to submit the media and that the listing information you provide is accurate.
You retain rights in your own content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute listing information as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service.
We may edit, refuse, feature, unfeature, deactivate, or permanently remove listings at any time, including for quality, safety, legal, or policy reasons.
5. Acceptable Use
Consistent with Telegram's Terms of Service and our own rules, you agree not to use the Service, and not to list or promote Telegram media, to:
- Spam users or conduct scams
- Promote violence on publicly viewable Telegram channels, bots, or similar public surfaces
- Post illegal pornographic content on publicly viewable Telegram channels, bots, or similar public surfaces
- Engage in activities that are illegal in most places, including child sexual exploitation or abuse material, trafficking, or offering illegal goods or services such as drugs, firearms, or forged documents
- Promote fraud, carding, financial scams, or related activity
- Promote weapons, cannabis, other controlled drugs, psychedelics, or related subjects through our paid featuring or advertising products
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Attempt to disrupt the Service, overload it, reverse engineer it, or scrape it in an abusive manner
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Telegram Channels or Telegram
- Promote a competing Telegram directory service as a substitute for TelegramChannels.me through our platform
Adult or NSFW listings, where permitted by the Service, must be marked correctly, must comply with Telegram's rules, and must not include prohibited or illegal content. NSFW ads, when available, are shown only in NSFW contexts and only to users who have enabled NSFW viewing.
6. Paid Features, Credits, Featuring, and Ads
The Service may offer paid features such as featuring listings, click or display advertising, API credits, and related products. Prices, availability, and product rules may change.
Account credits or points purchased or granted on the Service are a limited license to use our paid features. Unless required by law, credits are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the Service, and are not redeemable for money.
Deposits may be made through supported crypto payment processors. You are responsible for sending the correct asset, network, amount, address, and memo. Incorrect transfers may be irreversible.
No refunds. Except where required by applicable law, fees for featuring, ads, deposits converted to credits, API usage, and similar paid services are non-refundable once confirmed or enabled. If we deactivate media, ads, or accounts for policy violations (including prohibited subject matter), you are not entitled to a refund for unused featuring time, advertising budget, or related credits.
7. API and Automated Access
If we provide an API, you must use it only with valid credentials, within rate limits and credit allowances, and only for lawful purposes. We may revoke API access at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its branding, design, software, and original content (excluding user-submitted Telegram listing content and third-party materials), is owned by Telegram Channels or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or exploit the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service depends on and links to third parties, including Telegram, authentication providers, analytics providers, CAPTCHA providers, and payment processors. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
10. Reports, Moderation, and Enforcement
We may investigate reports and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, limiting features, suspending accounts, or cooperating with Telegram abuse or copyright processes where relevant. For Telegram-hosted content issues, you should also use Telegram's official reporting channels described on telegram.org and our DMCA / abuses page.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that subscriber counts or rankings are complete, that ads will achieve any particular result, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Discovery and featuring may increase visibility, but growth depends on many factors outside our control.
Channels, groups, bots, and stickers in this directory are submitted by users. We are not responsible for their content.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEGRAM CHANNELS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PAID FEATURE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD 50).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telegram Channels and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your listings or ads, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account through account settings where available. We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue or modify the Service.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, paid feature and refund terms, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. If a change is material, we will try to provide reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
