Spam Info Bot

This is the worst spambot I have ever seen. It's clearly a third party script that doesn't give the Admins of a group the ability to find out who it has blocked. It will block anybody posting more than a few paragraphs, and commenting on more than 3 posts in an hour. Post 4 long responses to any post within an hour and you get banned. Even when the Admin removes the bot from their channel. It clings to the Telegram server and maintains the block list. Nobody monitors the spam not messages so users falsely banned can't so anything.

I submitted a complaint about a week ago that my account was limited, no response was back. I never spam in the telegram, I even don't understand how u "The moderators have confirmed that you’ve been sending spam" !?
